My father in law mentioned him to me today, and after watching it, I can only bow to the master. Fantastic lecture for all creatives today. Very much up to date, especially in the photo industry nowadays. Watch it, learn and get inspired!
I have been wanting to do this for a while, as a way to say thank you to the little audience i have here. I even tweeted about it. So now that things are calming down, i’m giving this a go. I’m going to post a new wallpaper a couple of times a month to start with, and then hopefully i’ll do it weekly.

We’ve had this one wrapped a long time ago, so it’s always nice when work you really like is eventually put out there. The Beatnik crew put together a great piece, and we used an opportunity while Looptroop was working on a music video in London to get some snaps. These were all shot on the same day.

Hi All,
I’m leaving the country to get married in less than 10h, and I am trying to get my blog up to date, but I can see that I have way too much backlog. So I decided to post a couple of “preview” post, and a couple of others that have now been published. For those, i will backdate them. It’s not really the way I do things usually, but I really want to get all of this out there.
So here is a shot taken at the last wedding I shot this season, about a week ago. I have not yet post-processed anything, but this is an image I particularly liked, straight out of camera.
They were lovely, relaxed all day long. They made the day a lot easier (Especially after our car got broken into, the satnav got stole, and one of us had to wait for the police while the other one kept shooting the party and speeches!).

So, a few days ago I was helping on the shoot of the music video of Alexander Stewart, shot on a RED camera (ooh! fancy!), directed my my very good friend Ben Pollard. And I was asked to take a few photos, and i obliged :) How could I say no?
It was shot in a cinema… with a twist. Not saying anymore about it. I will post a link once the edit is finished, and the video is online.

I’m starting off this week end with a little video of BeatnikOnline.net‘s coverage of the Soundwave Croatia festival last year to make up for the fact that I couldn’t go this year, and it’s happening right now, as we speak! My photos are all over the program (although I still haven’t seen it) – and if you’re not there, well, you’re square!

Hello peeps!!
Here is a a quick preview of the shoot with incredibly talented artist and friend Glenn Lewis. We met up for a day of interviews and promotion and I managed to steal an hour of his time. We tried to use the amazing venue that is Five And Nine to the full possibilities. And I am quite satisfied with the result. There will more to come in the near future when these get officially released, as well as photos from the show.
Until the article gets published on Beatnik, I can only show you a preview of the work done on the day. But here is a quick snapshot of the team after a long day of filming a music video in London back in late March of this year. Directed by Kassia Zermon and Alex Forster, the music video was shot in the back streets of Brighton where the collective is based. 90′s rude-girls and boys strutting their stuff in string vests and shell suits… what a combo meal!
