NEWS: Life in a Day – The film (Or what I’ve been up to!)
Since a lot of you have been asking what I have been up to, and why the blog is quiet, I thought with the release of this video it was about time to let you all know. I have been working on the Life In A Day project, by Youtube in association with Ridley Scott (Producer) and Kevin MacDonald (Director).
I have been helping the Production Team, making sure our team of loggers could do their job properly and taking part in the logging myself. And I will be there until the end of this month. Here is a video about the behind the scenes (with Time-Lapse by excellent Photographer – his videos will be back on within a few days):
B&S Limited Edition: Back in print?
Blues and Soul magazine has published exclusively online for three years now, after being around for over 40 years. And it is coming back in print for a special edition to coincide with the Vintage at Goodwood festival that took place this weekend. The special issue includes interviews with Stevie Wonder, Martha Reeves, Temptations, The Four Tops, Incognito and Noel McKoy among many others.
I have had the pleasure and honor of taking the photos for some of the features including Martha Reeves and Ray Gelato. Here is a sneak peak:

Like any creative, I constantly look for more ways to broaden my horizons and fine tune my skills on the job. It’s not that I am not satisfied with where I am since I’ve never been as busy before. It’s just that lately the Photography market has been dictating what I’d be shooting.
So I joined Beatnik Online, a wonderful adventure to me, a place where I am free to express my creativity and explore new ways of portraying people on the music scene. The team is young and motivated, passionate and very simply put: Extremely good at what they do!
And guess what: IT IS OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED!!
