I am a french Music and Editorial photographer based in London. From a jewish family with strong values and traditions, I’m the oldest son in a family of 5. I’ve always loved music, especially hip hop, soul and reggae.
Out of high school, I tried my luck in Medical school. It didn’t quite work out for me and i ended up in IT. I specialised in engineering and started working in the law industry. Realising the potential of speaking other languages, I moved to London. There I met the love of my life and we’re now married.
I thought I had it all worked out but clearly something was missing. That’s how, after being made redundant from my last job in IT, I made the jump to photography. For the first time in years, it actually felt right.
Being a bit of a geek, I built my style on pure technique. I’m 100% self taught and therefore created my own language within photography. Later on, I came to realise that a beautiful but meaningless image is simply pointless, it doesn’t fulfil the same as an image with a message or a reason to exist.
I’m now on that never ending journey of self discovery. I’m a restless perfectionist. I work hard to create visually appealing images which hopefully also show my own vision and interpretation of who my subjects are.
